No. When you are not certified organic, legally you cannot use the word organic. We however we do feed organic rations to all our pork, and poultry.
It isn’t cost effective for us at this time to be certified organic, or add the weight of the intense paper work load to are plate at this time.
We believe its that when you get to know and trust the family raising your meat, that means more than a certification sticker on a package.

The current breed of pig we are raising is Berkshires.
We currently have Dexter cattle, as our beef cattle.
We raise St. Croix hair shoe p for lamb. We raise cornish cross chickens and white breasted turkeys for poultry.

So many reasons. The quality of their feed ration, the fact they are rotationally grazed, our mineral program.
We believe the clean environment they graze in by rotational grazing, the animals ability to “eat sunshine” by turning grass grown by the sun and converted it to protein.

Yes, our meat is 100% free of any kind of growth hormones or any added hormones.
